  Great staff and Dr Melchert is an amazing doctor; everyone was super friendly. They have a nice waiting room area with snacks too.

  Last year I went to a vision works to update my prescription. The contacts and glasses they gave me felt blurry and gave me a headache. When I told them about it, they said it’s fine and it’ll go away.
  
  When I saw Dr. Melchert and expressed concerns, he listened to me. He investigated what may have been the problem and helped me get the right prescription.
  
  Dr. Melchert is awesome and you can tell he loves his work. I would 100% recommend.

  I saw Dr. Melchert for a routine eye exam and a new pair of glasses. He and his staff were very proessional, courteous, and did a great job explaining all of my results. I highly recommend Dr. Melchert to anybody in need of eye care services in and around the Milwaukee/Waukesha area.

  I had to get an eye exam done here today I was sent from Milwaukee MEPS, very good experience the doctor was outstanding a very nice man and the staff were very friendly and helpful i will recommend this eye doctor to friends and family

  They took the time to explain the entire exam to me and even made me aware of the latest advancements in surgery to correct my condition. Great selection of frames, the customer service is top notch and parking was convenient! Even if you need your glasses adjusted, or current lenses updated (re-lensed) they get it right the first time. Highly recommend!
