“Remember, the service department is not at the Lexus dealership! But it's close by, just around the corner! We love taking our Lexus here. You just drive up to the garage doors, pull right in and someone will come help you and take you into their office to get the paper work started. We got a loaner car and that process was just as easy. You do have to show your driver's license and proof of insurance. I loved our rental so much that we might be upgrading very very soon! Dropping off the loaner was the same as dropping of my car. Drive right in, they greet you and you wait inside while they bring you your car back inside. *They had a note up saying the car wash was down for a remodel so I was kind of bummed that ours wouldn't be nice and clean when we got back BUT talk about service! They had it sparkling clean when I got it back!! We'll be back next time but at the Lexus dealership for a newer model! ????”

“Our church, St. Matthew's, recently built a new elementary school and child care center in Oconomowoc, WI, and we used Graphic House for all of our signage. We couldn't be happier with the quality of the product, and the folks from Graphic House were extremely accommodating and easy to work with. They really cared about making sure we were getting what we wanted and that we were totally satisfied with their work. I was especially happy with the efforts they took to help us get our monument sign approved by the City of Oconomowoc. That was very helpful!”

“ Called these guys frantically because I had water running everywhere behind my washer when it was draining, they asked me some questions and asked me to check some basic connections to figure out the problem, turns out the washer drain hose had popped off! turns out I didnt need a plumber but was impressed that they took the time to ask some questions instead of coming out and charging me for a trip charge unlike the last plumbing company I called. Will be calling these guys again if the need arises Brittany”
