Most impressive is the speed, professionalism and responsiveness you receive when a claim or accident happens. As someone who has worked with many other insurance agents in the past, Northbrook's level of customer services is one that all others should try to replicate.

When it came time to assist our parents with their financials, we decided to keep their insurances policies with Northbrook - and we are happy we did! The service is exceptional - Brad Butzke is friendly, professional, timely and thorough. The fact our 92 year old father liked working with Brad - think "Grumpy Old Men" - says it all. And when our father passed recently, Brad was right there to help with all matters related Mom's changing insurance needs. Brad is like part of our extended family . . . and we can't recommend him, and Northbrook Insurance, enough!
We changed over to Northbrook a couple of years ago from one of the "big" single-line insurance companies. It has been an eye-opening experience. The service at Northbrook is better, more personalized, and more timely. The folks here are friendly and courteous, and seem to always be looking out for you. I've recommended Northbrook to friends, and I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for insurance.
I have been a customer of Northbrook since 1986. Bob Butzke, the owner, has bee a great help over the past years and his staff as well. I have nothing but praise for the excellent job they do. They have been particularly helpful in navigating the new insurance regulations. Most recently they found better coverage for my health insurance at @$200.00 per month less than I had been paying. I have complete trust in their work, and know that I am more than just another customer. I keep all my insurance with Northbrook! They are great!
I have known Brad for many many years and have always had the most exceptional service and response whenever I needed anything. Opening claims has always been fast and easy and Brad has worked diligently over the years to get me the best rates possible. He is always quick to respond to any inquiry I may have, any time of day whether he's in the office or not.
