The management here is outstanding, very quick in response to maintenance needs, big shout out to Jerry for cutting and keeping the landscaping looking nice!
The manger is super easy to get ahold of and willing to fix or help with any issue we have, the owner is a super nice guy aswel. The location is amazing for what I pay, and the building is very well taken care of and up to date. I'd like to throw in that I actually love living here and hope to stay for a while!

I absolutely love living here! I'm blessed and grateful for being given the opportunity! It definitely feels a lot better having a reliable landlord compared to renting from my previous one I had. I have lived here for six years. It's a good location if you like being in town, but off the main roads, and at a great cost for location, size, and quality of apartment and management in comparison to other places nearby. Neighbors are friendly and management is great. George and Jerry, and now Sara, are always understanding, accommodating, and willing to help with whatever you need. Maintenance issues are taken care of quickly, yard work is kept up with, and snow removal is prompt. It's nice to have a landlord that cares about their tenants, their property, and are only a text away if something needs addressing.

My home since 2004...16 years now...nice, quiet neighborhood within easy walking distance of a great Italian bakery...building well cared for by friendly management and handyman...any problems and they are quickly resolved.

I have lived at Hoyt Apartments with my daughter for almost 11 years now and we have never had such a great landlord like George! If you ever need anything fixed they are quick and on the job. I would recommend renting here to my friends and family. Hoyt Apartments is the best place to rent from if you want a quiet and friendly environment.
