Late November, I realized my long black puffy winter jacket had a rip in the back at the bottom. I work nearby and saw North Pointe offered seamstress services. I dropped it off - explained that I just wanted the rip stitched up. She offered that she could sew it up herself if I just gave her 20-minutes - that worked for me! I came back to pick it up & pay and the woman told me there was NO CHARGE! She refused to let me pay her for her services and said it was no problem. I have not had that type of 'free' customer service (ever??) - and I wasn't even a regular. I now will make it a point to bring my dry cleaning here - you've gained a new customer!

I brought my custom barber apron (completely covered in hair) and they were able to dry clean, removed all hair from pockets, and the Velcro pockets. Not an easy job, but they handled it with ease. Kuddos. You’ve got a lifetime customer now!
