Called about 30 minutes before scheduled time to ask if they could arrive a bit early. Came about 15 minutes before scheduled time and were very professional and getting right to work. Even went over one of the rooms a second time. Very happy with the results on very aged carpet. Could not be more pleased and would recommend them. In fact, our next door neighbor was their next appointment.

Fantastic!! They were prompt, courteous, professional and reasonably priced. The work they did was amazing. They took our 22 year old carpet and made it look fresh and new. Highly recommend them.

I based my decision to try Menomonee Falls Carpet Cleaning on previous reviews and I could not be more pleased! Tony was prompt, friendly, careful not to mark my walls and casing with the hoses, and the results were outstanding! I had several pet stains and high traffic spots that now look great. Their large fans helped my carpets dry quickly despite a high humidity day. Overall a GREAT consumer experience. I will definitely use them again.
