ProHealth Medical Group Clinic Mukwonago

What started as a frustrating experience was salvaged by a great healthcare provider. I showed up for my appointment 10 minutes early, despite multiple check-in attendants only 1 handled the travel clinic and she showed up late and 2 people who arrived after me were assisted first, so I wasn't checked in until 15+ min after my appointment time. Fortunately, things were great once I got back into the exam room, they took a lot of time walking me through not only vaccines for my trip but a lot of other helpful information like what kind of bug spray to use and food precautions and they had a nice take away book with the information they reviewed. I definitely learned a few things I wasn't expecting from my Dr. About 3rd world travel.

Tonight we had a great experience with a doctor (Jessica , I believe) at Urgent Care in Mukwonago. We came in at 7:00, were seen within 3 minutes, and the doctor/PA was very thorough and took time with my son. Worth the drive from another city to get Prohealth service!

I have been here twice now. Unfortunately, both time we're for ER visits, but the staff is tremendous. I have been to the hospital too many times to count (I have kids and, as a youth Pastor, make hospital visits) and our experiences here have been among the best.
