  I love the accountability of the fitness challenge that I did with BBD! The workouts are so great and no two were ever the same. The trainers come up with unique ways to make classes fun yet challenging, and at 45-minutes long the classes are the perfect for a busy lifestyle. Lastly, having the meal plan done for me was very easy - no counting or obsessing over calories - just clean eating with the right nutrition.

  I was so happy they offered the 6-week challenge. Up front, while it wasn't free, the goals they have you meet to get your money back are easily attainable if you follow their plan. I decided to continue my membership, at least through 2019 because I've made such a just improvement to my health.
  
  The boot camps are awesome. The trainers are all great in their own ways, some are harder than the others, but all of them never look down on you, and that's pretty cool. We are all equals, each circuit of the boot camp allows for all skill and fitness levels. They make it work for everyone, and encourage you to know what your own body can handle, and to stop if it's too much.
  
  I lost 13 pounds of fat, 5.5% body fat, and gained almost 5 pounds of muscle during my 6 week challenge. You should give it a try if you can.

  The trainers really want the best for you. If they see you can do more, they will push you to do it. The accountability and encouragement really helps with keeping to the nutrition and exercise goals .

  First day back after being off for 3 months, due to an injury, and a one on one training session with Joey. He was awesome!! Patient and tough. Classes are small enough the trainers can assist anyone that needs it. Fun, knowledgeable staff that will keep you motivated to obtain your goals. Finally found my place. Thanks Jake and Joey.

  Body by Design is hands down the best gym I've ever been to. The boot camp format makes every workout fresh and fun--I've never done the same workout twice. The gym really feels like a family and everyone there is so encouraging. The trainers are amazing and truly invested in your success. There are all types of skill levels and they adjust the workouts so that everyone can do them. I cannot recommend BBD enough!!
