(February 22, 2019, 1:07 pm)We woke up to half of our home without electricity and I knew it could be a pricey fix. We spoke to a few different contractors before connecting with Arrowhead Electric. The gentleman listened to the issue, helped troubleshoot and diagnose over the phone and determined that the issue was likely with the utility company. He suggested we start there before paying for a contractor but did offer to come out should that not be the issue. WE Energies came out and it was exactly what Arrowhead Electric said, which saved me hundreds! Arrowhead Electric could have easily come out and charged the 2 hr minimum that the other contracts were going to.. but instead, he was just a good human. :) He has a customer for life! Thank you!
