James was very informative and efficient in completing the install of our new dump sink faucet, related shut offs and pipe work. He was able to quickly snake our bathroom sink and remove the blockage. Very knowledgeable and was able to explain the how and why for items worked on. Excellent turn time, next day service.

Amazing and professional service. They took the time to troubleshoot our issue over the phone on the weekend. When that didn't work, they promptly made a service call and fixed our water heater on the spot. No more cold showers for this guy!

Highly recommend James to address any plumbing issues you may have. He worked diligently to fix our issue. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and super clean. He was so nice, that by the time he left, our daughters said they wanted to be plumbers. Never a good time to have to call for a repair but nice to know there are great folks at Hartlaub.

If I could give them 10 stars I would! I had a water heater emergency on a Sunday (of course!). The water heater in my new condo had an inch of water in the pan and stopped working and it was only 3 years old. I called another place first that claimed to have emergency service, they couldn't get anyone out until Tuesday! Next, I called Hartlaub - and boy am I glad I did. First off they returned my emergency phone call almost immediately - which was amazing cause I was very nervous being on the top floor and knowing of a neighbor whose broken water heater flooded the unit below. Mike walked me through turning off the water/power - we determined my tank was under warranty, we exchanged text pictures to determine the severity - he even advised me to put a new battery in my water alarm and replace it on the floor! Anyhow, since the tank was unavailable until Monday - we decided to wait until the next day (although they were more than willing to come out immediately - even just to calm my fears!), So next day - Jack - the perfect plumber shows up. He was friendly professional and oh-so-informative and I could tell he loved his job. He went the extra yard replacing my water heater and installing a thermal expansion tank in hopes of preventing this from happening again. Whew! These guys are definitely gonna be my "go-to" guys for future maintenance needs. Thank You Thank You Hartlaub!
