Obviously none of these reviewer's have worked in health care or understand that when you're talking to a patient/insurance company/Dr office on the phone that you just dont set the phone down mid conversation to say "Hi" to them. I'm sure right after the receptionist was finished with the call she acknowledged them and took care of them in the order customers before them, and I guess that's why they ask you to show up 15min before your scheduled appointment time. I can't honestly say that not All the receptionists are pleasant all the time but dealing with a lot of people's nonsense and lack of knowledge in their own healthcare situations I'm sure is enough to get on Anyones bad side at least a few times per year no matter who you are. I've been going there for 17+yrs and don't see myself changing ANY time soon
