One of my favorite bodybuilding gyms in the country. The best equipment, super clean and well maintained (everything always works) the owners work there full time. I make the trip from downtown every time I am in Milwaukee to train here.

I have known John and Karen for 32 years. Always end up going back to their gym after my lay offs because it has a great balance of free weights, machines and cardio. No waiting and perfect for hardcore, beginners and anyone in between. Just a warning, if you want to be pampered this isn't the place, they do not have saunas or hot tubs. They do have lockers and showers which is all you need. It's a Gym after all and the best in the area. There is a great selection of merchandise and supplements as well.

One of the best gyms you'll ever find. Truly a gem. It got every machine you can think of, plenty of deadlifting platforms, squat racks, benches, variety of treadmills and more. Staff are extremely welcoming and friendly and the atmosphere is great. The gym community here is one of the best you'll ever find as anyone meet are very hospitable and always willing to help. And the prices are the best I've seen so far for such a high quality gym. Definitely recommend!
