    (Update to this review. I got a phone call from the person who made a mistake. They took responsibility and asked for a chance to make it right. I respect someone who does that. The service I received after that was exemplary. I’ve updated my review to 5 stars as a result. Thank Iron Town. You will see me again)

    Very disappointed in the service department. Recently moved to New Berlin from out of state. Can’t wait to get out on the road this year! Stopped in at Iron Town because I need a new dealership for servicing my bike. I scheduled a bike pickup at my home. Today was pickup day. Scheduled for 3:30-4 for pickup. Called in at 3pm to confirm, everything set, they tell me to expect a call in 10-20 minutes. No call, bike outside, waiting. I call back at 4:45, Kyle gives me an excuse and an apology, says I’ll hear from the driver by 5, and apologizes. Here I am at 5:45 and I’ve not even got the courtesy of a phone call. I’ve already scheduled a new appointment at House of Harley. Hopefully they do a better job at communication and follow through. Iron Town doesn’t seem to have it together.
