Dr Sobczak is our family practitioner who is very concerned about the well being of his patients. Giving great information on how to be able to cut back on medications by doing changing a few bad habits that you might have. He also took wonderful care of my mother and my dad who we just lost. Dr Sobczak was there for him up until he left us he had a wonderful life. One month away from his 9th birthday thank you Dr. Sobczak for all you've done for our family.
