(March 12, 2019, 11:02 am)I delievered/picked up there packages for FedEx Ground. I would say with my experience though, they always were there for me and had my packages on time. The boss was talkative an very polite to me. I Can't speak for the other customers reviews ofcourse, But I do find it a little hard to believe.

(October 11, 2018, 2:08 pm)That bad? I don't know. When I need CPAP equipment I call ahead. Someone always answers the phone and makes a note of what I need. Then, either they ship it or I pick it up if it's really necessary. I have never had the problems the other writers are talking about and I've been a CPAP user for over 10 years. I don't get it! Staff is friendly and helpful. Respiratory therapists will sit down and really explain things. I think some of those other responses are bogus.
