(April 15, 2019, 8:46 pm)After my wife got hearing aides from Beltone, it came time for me to get some. My wife and brother in law highly recommended Beltone. So I purchased my first pair there. I was very pleased with them, but needed to get an updated pair several years later. I have to say, I am very pleased with the New Berlin location and the service and knowledge I got there. And I was fitted with a new 9 series that I just love. What a difference they make from my older pair. I recommend this store highly.

(April 15, 2019, 8:20 pm)I had purchased a pair of hearing aides from a competitor, but after a few years of wearing them, I had to stop using them. I am diagnosed with extremely, narrow ear canals and the hearing aides were causing me a lot of pain. I went to several hearing stores and was told there was no help for me because of those narrow canals. My brother in law told me about his Beltone store and how satisfied he was with it. You might say he dragged me there, even after I told him I was tired of being rejected. But sure enough, Beltone was able to help me by an inventive way of making my hearing aides. And I might add, their customer service far exceeded the other stores I had tried. Now I am a devoted Beltone customer. 5 stars all the way.
