  I am so happy that I found Dr. Kasey Gillmore. She is so easy to talk to and work with. She was able to let me use some demos after having a hearing test and finding out that hearing aids may help me with my hearing loss. I was able to try out these demos to see if they would work for me with my hearing loss. It was amazing the first time that I put these demos in my ears. I was amazed at all the little things that I was hearing that I have never been able to hear before. I am still surprised at some of the sounds that I have never heard before but was able to hear now. I would definitely recommend Dr. Kasey Gillmore. I have seen her at both the Waukesha and New Berlin Moreland ENT Locations. The staff at both locations were very helpful, friendly and professional. I would recommend Dr. Kasey Gillmore if you are having problems with a hearing loss.

  I was initially anxious about having to wear hearing aids, but after working with Dr. Kasey Gillmore at Professional Hearing Services, I was able to choose the most suitable hearing aids for my needs, Oticon Opn 2 miniRITE. Dr. Gillmore is knowledgeable and pleasant and very easy to talk to; she answered all my questions and worked with my insurance company, all of which helped me relax with the first-time process. Once the hearing aids arrived, Dr. Gillmore adjusted them as necessary for me, and I have had an easy time adjusting to them over the past six months. I did need a slight adjustment after about 3 months, and I was able to see Dr. Gillmore within a couple of days. My hearing aids are slim, comfortable, and discreet. I hadn't realized how much difference they would make! Thank you to Dr. Kasey Gillmore and Professional Hearing Services.
