  I am very happy with the service and impressed with the professionalism and the techniques. The additional services that are offered, such as the cleanings, ear wax removal, extra supplies and assisting with needs make them unique! After being introduced to the Oticon hearing aids - things dramatically changed for the better and they are very easy to use. I highly recommend Hart Hearing Care to others and already have. I am so impressed with the professionalism and couldn't be happier!

  55 years ago I unfortunately lost complete hearing in one ear due to multiple ear infections. I also lost partial hearing in my other ear. Throughout the years this hearing loss has intensified. I have tried many different hearing aids only to become disillusioned as I heard everything I didn't want to and nothing I wanted to. Disturbing was trying to talk on the phone, be out in the wind or in a crowded place. The screeching and background noise was horrific. Recently I had come to the realization that my hearing ability was diminishing to the point that not only was hard on me but also on everyone around me and I needed to do something. I resigned myself to bite the bullet and put up with "one of those hearing aids". It was about this time that I picked up my copy of the Waukesha Freeman to find a full size 4 page ad for the Hart Hearing Care Center. To say the least, a well written testimonial to their company. So I called and spoke to a well informed receptionist who seemed to genuinely care. I mentioned my concerns about hearing aids and she assured me, I do believe we can change that. Now mind you, I didn't get to be 81 and be a push over. So I showed up at my appointment, met by some of the friendliest caring people ever. Still not trusting that there was such a thing as real hearing help I met Lisa Hart (owner) who personally administered my hearing test complete with a voice recognition test of one of my family members. She then fitted me to a hearing device so small it is hardly detectable and informed me that she would be putting me at 30% prescription and over the next month gradually increase to full prescription. Oh my goodness, it didn't scream, I can talk on the phone, be out in the wind and turned the TV down 40 points, (now down 65) I went to lunch and could hear everyone at the table clearly. I could also hear the other people but they were secondary. The amazing thing is that because of the 360 sound I could also hear on my deaf side. Hats off to Hart for service, caring, professionalism and an excellent product!

  The employees that work there are great to work with . They will sit there and listen to any problems you are having, they won't rush you.

  Hart hearing is by far one of the best places to go for a great experience. They are a great group of people who have your best interest in mind. Lisa will have you hearing sounds you have not heard since you were a child.
