  My appointment was scheduled from 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM but someone from the office called at 8:30 AM asking if Bill could come first thing in the morning. This was great because the temperature later in the day was supposed to reach 90. About 10 minutes later, Bill called stating he would be at my house in 15 minutes. He arrived on time. He did an A/C tuneup, cleaned the coil, checked the contacts and checked the amps. As he performed each step he explained why he was performing each step and gave me tips on preventing problems. He did a great job and the next time I need service or a routine check up, I will request Bill.

  We were extremely impressed with the professionalism and service that we received today. Doug took time to explain everything he was doing and made sure to clean the area up. We will be using this company for all of our future heating and cooling needs.

  I have used Kettle Moraine for at least 5 years now for maintaining my furnace and air. Several years ago I replaced my air conditioner and this year it didn’t go on.
  Matt promptly came out explained what it was and easily handled the issue. Both with my unit and the office.
  I appreciate his good customer care and felt listened to and respected. Thanks Matt.

  I've been trusting Kettle Moraine H&AC to keep my now 17 year old system running in top condition by making sure furnace and ac are serviced near the beginning of the season. Always a stellar job. Doug H is friendly and effecient. He did discover a bit of mouse damage to the outside AC unit and repaired it; showing me with photos what they did. Much appreciated.

  Excellent service. A really comprehensive HVAC service call. Doug checked every aspect of the furnace function and A/C. I'm going into the rest of the year with confidence that my equipment is in good shape. Honest service, no gimmicks to try to sell me stuff I did not need, Highly recommend Kettle Moraine Heating and Service Tech Doug.
