  Dr Raman was very thoural. He listened well, asked alot of questions and had a very good bedside manor. I felt very comfortable speaking with him. He took his time and did not try to rush me out the door. I dread doctors appointments but seeing him was very pleasant.

  Dr. Raman is professional, quietly spoken, thorough, responsive and has a very warm bedside manner. He has been the only doctor I've seen that has taken the time to get a full understanding of my health history directly from me, as the patient, rather than going off of the regurgitation from other providers' input in the computer. I've had stage 2 hypertension for five years, and no provider had actually given me the diagnosis (and a very important diagnosis it is!) until he had written it in my chart. It is very common for people to have concomitant conditions and he's shown himself to be mindful of that by giving complete care by making sure to refer me to other specialists who can further help me on my health journey. I truly appreciate his warmth and compassion; so much so that I wish that he could be my primary care doctor! I encourage anyone seeking an excellent specialist in endocrinology to become a patient of Dr. Barat Raman's. His staff are also friendly, thorough and responsive.
