He is extremely savvy with the market and makes very experienced recommendations to be able sell your home quickly. He is very attentive and regularly communicates with you to ensure the entire transaction goes smoothly from start to finish. Even when a hiccup happens, Jim is able to calm any fears through his approach and confidence drawn from experience. I was comfortable in feeling Jim actually was working for me and completely relied upon his judgement and expertise to make multiple decisions on my behalf. Search no further... When we first spoke he asked the right question's to get a full understanding of my relocating situation along with what I was looking for in my next home. We found the perfect house in a few days to my surprise. During the entire process he was very organized, responsive, understanding to my needs , most importantly explained everything in detail if I wasn't fully understanding everything. He's was very personable and easy to work with during the entire process. He recommended very experienced & knowledgeable home inspector and banker that made the process even less stressful. This is the 4 th home I have purchased and the first time I felt the realtor was actually working for me during the process. I highly recommend Jim to anyone that is in the market to purchase or sell a home.

My son had used Jim 5 years before when he bought his house and he was very impressed with his professionalism and easygoing personality. We couldn’t have been happier with our house hunting experience! Jim is very knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate and is very personable. When we found the house we wanted, there were several offers on it. Jim made sure we wrote an offer that would give us the best chance to stand out among the other offers. The seller accepted our offer and told us that the reason was because it was written so professionally. We will recommend Jim to anyone who wants to buy a house.

Knowledgeable and experienced he explained everything thoroughly and was open to any questions I had with a quick response. I helped through it all even after my purchase making sure I knew how to light the gas fireplace! Great guy!
