New manager!! Outstanding service! Very professional and service oriented. 100% change from last visit!
I drive a fleet truck, so I am stuck with Firestone.
Went in for a new tire, as I had a blowout. Waited for 6 hours, for the tire delivery truck to get there. 20 minutes before they close, I go in the back of the store to search tire inventory. Takes me about 45 seconds to find my tire!! It was there the whole time!!
Gateway Tire, here I come.
