  Upon walking into Carpetland, I was floored (ha, see what I did there) to see such an expansive selection of flooring. The quality of the options were obvious - this was the 4th store I had visited in a week so I had a pretty good frame of reference. I was warmly greeted by Jake who was the perfect amount of helpful and informative as well as left me to my own devices when deliberating over the beautiful choices I was imagining in my very first home my husband and I just purchased.
  
  We ended up with a gorgeous floor (a waterproof laminate in "Lander Oak"). We originally scheduled the installation at the end of December, but since we had to be out of our flat by the 1st of Jan. we'd hoped it could be bumped up sooner. Jake worked some magic and our flooring was put in just after Christmas. It is beautiful! They did such a fantastic job -cleanup was great, everything was flat and even (and they had work cut out for them to make it so).
  
  We had financing offered, we had tons of flooring options, served by quality craftsman to install it right, great customer service and everything I could have hoped for. I was thrilled with their services and will absolutely be recommending them to everyone in need of flooring.

  Our experience was awesome from beginning to end with Jake. He was not pushy, gave great options, and allowed us ample time to make our decisions. The LVP and carpet installers were very good and worked their butts off, they deserve a lot of credit also! Great job to everyone.

  Working with Jake in Pewaukee has been an absolute pleasure. He wants to make sure you love your choice(s). He is super knowledgeable about all the different flooring options available in the store. He even ordered a few bigger samples for us so we could look at lots of different options. You can’t go wrong working with Jake & the Carpetland team.

  Knowledgeable and friendly. All workers were professional and respectful when installing at our home. Any questions or concerns, they were quick to respond and take care of. We will definitely buy from them again. Thank you!
