“Found this little hidden gem going down the "Google Rabbit Hole". Boy am I glad I did! I wanted to get my eyebrows Powdered and they didn't have time so I was going to just get a hydra-facial. The staff called me and made arrangements for me to get my brows done and a facial. When I arrived at the calm, relaxed and classy atmosphere, I was whisked away with an infused water to the locker room which is very nice and welcoming. I sat in the Sauna before my facial and Kris and I talked about a plan of attack. As a 36 year old women who still struggles with acne like a teen, I've heard it all before from other Spas and Medi spas. I think I found my place! I live an hour away and am willing to drive to get my complexion back on track to bring my self esteem back up!”

“I went the Spa while I was here. It is a beautiful Spa. The locker room was really clean, updated and well stocked. The relaxation room and service rooms were also beautiful and clean. I had an AMAZING 90 minute massage and a very good and relaxing spa pedicure. Both the massage therapist and nail Tech were friendly and knew what they were doing. The prices for the services are great. They also have a nice selection of Avada hair and skin products to buy. They use all Aveda products for their sevices. Everything smelled amazing and worked wonderfully! I will be definitely going back soon!”

“UPDATE- I have changed my review after seeing this company handle the issues I mentioned. Still waiting on the new carpet in the hallsways, but I understand that takes time. I'll give it 5 stars at that time. The woman who I reviewed poorly as the manager is no longer there. The new manager, Michelle, is AMAZING. I think she genuinely cares about the tenants and their quality of life. My opinion of Silvernail has changed so much for the better that we have added my grandmother to the waiting list.”
