(February 13, 2020, 11:26 am)The staff was awesome, friendly and helpful. The floor staff did a great job in my cares. Therapy was great. The food was very good. My room was good and the facility was clean overall. I had a wonderful stay.

(January 16, 2020, 12:26 pm)Staff was nice and attentive to my needs. Therapy was fine, worked with me hard. My stay here was nice, room was always clean. I dropped a bag of pretzels on on the floor and they came in and cleaned it up without me asking. I was happy.

(January 7, 2020, 2:07 pm)This is my second time coming to Lake Country, I have no complaints. It is Prefect here in facility. The food was so good, the staff was great. Therapy was really good and I did extra therapy. The happy hour/social hour was fun. I was well educated on my discharge , I feel safe to go home.

(January 7, 2020, 1:50 pm)The staff was attentive, great communication and nice. They were respectful of my needs. Therapy was great I had two sessions a day. There was a good variety of food, no complaints. Being blind they gave me the attention I needed to get back home safely.

(January 7, 2020, 1:41 pm)Staff was great, very nice. I could feel and see the team work on the floor with staff. Therapy listened to me and my goals. The food got better every day with my stay and the new dietary manager. The room was great and clean. Housekeeping was good, nice and attentive to my room. If I had to come back I would chose Lake Country Health Services.
