  This morning I looked at a bike at your web site then I called number listed on web. Young man introduced himself as Ron helped me. Above and beyond he took initiative to send a WALK AROUND clip of the bike. Not only professional also very kind helpful and informative. So I am buying the bike and can’t wait till it arrives.   They’re a volume dealer so keep this in mind. The prices are nigh unbeatable but extended warranty is $1000 over two years if I recall correctly.
  
  The salespeople are nice and courteous, they won’t pressure you at all and aren’t jerks, but they generally don’t seem to have the expert experience on specific bikes like brand specific dealers do. But they also admit this.
  
  Bought a bike from them and 500 miles into it everything seems to be working as it should. I changed the oil as I always do when I buy a used bike and it was a little dark coming out, but not so dark that I’d be alarmed.

  Road Track and Trail has some awesome staff and great competitive options! Tom, the sales manager, is absolutely amazing. He set me up with an extremely great deal and I feel that RTT is a dealer I can go to trusting that I won’t be taken advantage of. Nick, the owner, is there for his customers and goes out of his way to make things right! I purchased a bike and got acquainted to it for a couple weeks...ultimately, the bike wasn’t “me”. I got eyes on a bike that was “me” without busting the bank! Jeff, the business manager, got things done within an extremely short amount of time! Overall, great experience!   This has been a good experience. Ron D. in sales really helped me in buying my first bike. He was referred to me by my best friend who also recently bought his first bike. Ron was very thorough with explaining different aspects of the bike and the purchasing process. More importantly as a new rider he made me feel reassured that I was making a good purchase to fit my desires and not just trying to just sell me a bike. As I venture into this new world, I appreciate his willingness to be open and transparent.
