He was zero-pressure, but highly personable and allowed me to take my time looking over the vehicle. The vehicle I found was missing a few accessories it normally comes with. John took note but couldn't promise he could source those items. To my surprise - when I came to pick up the car it had those accessories in it. Awesome.
