  My service rep Steve was very helpful. He was able to complete everything I requested in a timely manner including the oil change, air bag light concerns, flat tire repair and replacement, interior detailing and an estimate for repairs to passenger doors. The only thing that could not be assessed was the engine noise, however Steve was able to schedule the next available appointment for 2/26/2020.

  A few days ago I had made the deal final on my 2015 F350 Platinum. I absolutely recommend Griffin Ford to ANYONE looking for ANY vehicle the staff there was phenomenal, specifically my salesman Tony Miller and one of the finance managers Phil DeSalvo. From the very start all the way to the end and signing the paperwork, I was extremely well taken care of and not rushed one bit!!! I don't normally leave a review but it's a must when you're taken care of as I was. Thank you Griffin Ford, Phil and Tony, for taking care of me. I definitely will be back!!!!

  This was my first and may be my last service done at Griffin. Oil change and fix a door lock. Got home and found a 1 X 2 foot Water Shield in my back seat that was not reinstalled. Took it back the next day to install the water shied and wad informed they broke a piece of trim while reinstalling the door panel. It's on order so will have to go back again. Looking today and I see black smudges on the door panel from the mechanic that were not cleaned up. And I didn't get a car wash. Not a good first impression.
  
  After returning one more time, all was fixed to my satisfaction. I was given priority service and the repair was done right, and quickly. Service personnel were very appologetic. I am satisfied with the results. Will give them another chance.

  I have shopped around and there is no better place to purchase a new vehicle. There are no hassles, no pressure and my salesman “Frank B” is very knowledgeable about the product and the current best offerings. I would recommend Frank and Griffin Ford to anyone considering a new vehicle. Thank you for a great new vehicle and the great experience!

  We had a great experience with Griffin Ford. Our Sales Rep Matt Thornburg was so easy to work with. He was very helpful and willing to explore options. We never felt pressured at all. His approach with us was to find us whatever we asked for; which we greatly appreciated. He knew the inventory really well and came up with some great options for us to choose from. The sales process was very easy and the entire team was very accommodating. We would absolutely recommend Griffin Ford to our friends and family.
