We didn't realize they needed to replace a glass with a more expensive (and better) glass, and unfortunately I think they had to eat the cost. What a shame, but shows what a stand up, high end operation they are. Too bad the end of the line services end up holding the bag for problems they don't cause. Big thanks for a job Well done.

(July 17, 2019, 10:40 pm)FANTASTIC place! Jeff took his time to correctly replace the windshield on our Infiniti. Jeff showed me errors made by in replacement performed prior to our ownership of the vehicle. Very happy with customer service and friendly staff. Clean waiting room and shop. Though it's a hike from our home, I will definitely return if our windshield ever needs replacing!
