  I was traveling from out of town when my auto kept stalling while driving. I just happened to pull into the Shell station and saw Max Auto at 5pm on a Thursday. I stopped in to ask if they could help and explained that I was out of town traveling with my 4 kids. They stopped what they were doing and checked under the hood to find the alternator had gone bad. These amazing guys worked to help me in every way! They were honest and did not take advantage of the situation. Two of the guys replaced the alternator in under two hours and had me back on my way home . I cannot thank them enough! Go there!!!!

  I had a cam timing issue with my 2014 GMC Terrain. Apparently it’s a common problem with this type of car that happens between 60000 and 100000 miles. I got estimate from another shop and they quoted me between 3000 and 4000 dollars to fix the problem because it was going to take a couple days to fix. I got a second opinion from this shop and they didn’t charge me extra on labor and got all the parts for my GMC even though the company is on strike and parts are hard to find. They fixed my problem in about 4 days and only charged me 900 dollars for the total labor and the parts were about 1500 dollars. For a total of 2600 dollars. I ended up saving between 1000 and 1500 dollars. Also the mechanic was nice enough to let me borrow a shop car to get around. He even dropped it off around by my house. The customer service here is unbeatable. I ended up getting stranded because I was without my car and they even offered to come and get me, even though I eventually found a ride. Top notch service and customer care. I highly recommend coming here if you have any car problems. Don’t waste your time going to the dealership or anywhere else.

  I recently got into a car collision and everyone at this shop was so nice and friendly! They worked on my car in a quick and timely manner and still took their time. I definitely recommend getting your car work done here! Definitely a shop I will come back to.

  Awesome owner, wife and co workers! Everyone friendly, corteous and helpful. Went in for an oil change and they completed a full inspection. Owner actually took me into shop to show and explain to me what he found. Gave me a quote on cost and was honest enough to let me know not necessary to have done TODAY. Love being treated with honesty and respect! They have my business!

  I had previously used these guys for an oil change and brakes. They'd been quick and friendly, reasonably priced. So when my car died a few times while waiting for red lights, I called up and Lou had me bring it in immediately. He found and fixed the broken sensor in under an hour. I know I have other problems with my vehicle but he found the immediate problem and didn't give me any runaround. I will never take my vehicles to another mechanic. These are good guys who know what they're doing and have the best customer service around.
