  I love this gym. I've belonged to a few and after the special offers with the trainers are all used up, that's when the problems start and I go less and less. With CrossFit, there is always a trainer there to help you get the beat workout. They push you but also work with you if you have injuries and scaled down workouts for beginners. It's a great environment where everyone in the class is willing to help you out and cheer you on! I highly suggest for those that need constant guidance while working out, like I do.

  My husband and I started here this past summer and absolutely love it. I had never worked with weight before and all the coaches are wonderful and patient and helped me get over my apprehension by being very particular on proper technique. All the coaches are motivating and the members are so supportive of each other. I found a special family here

  I have been working out at this box for almost 4 years. If you knew me, you'd realize just how amazing that longevity is. I am not athletic. I always tried to be regular at a normal gym, but CrossFit has made me actually enjoy going to the gym. I know people call it a cult, but here is a social aspect to going there and meeting people and it's a really positive influence on your motivation.
  When I walk into CrossFit Waukesha, I feel inspired. One of the things I love best about this box... the coaches here are experts at working with you to achieve your best, no matter what your fitness level or restrictions might be. They are all great at understanding what my body is capable of, and pushing me enough that I continue to get stronger and fitter, without pushing too hard. Injuries can happen. However, in my experience, it is never the fault of the coach. No coach here pushes anyone to do anything that would compromise a member's safety. And the community of people here, top notch. Those I call my second family. If you are looking to give CrossFit a try, definitely try it here.

  I was a member of my box in NJ for 2 years before moving. So happy I found my new home here in WI. Even with 2 years under my belt I am still in need of help with some of the movements. The coaches make sure to constantly move around during workouts to encourage and make sure you do not compromise form.
