  Just want to share that you can work with Soft Water Systems in complete confidence. We thought we needed to upgrade our system but when they came out they looked over what we had they advised us it wasn't necessary to get a new system! We were thrilled to save the money but even more thrilled to know they wanted what was best for us even if it meant no sale for them.

  Everyone at Softwater is very helpful. We first had the out when we bought the house because we had never used a water softener. They could have easily sold us a new one, but instead they told us that we had a great old machine that they don't make as good any more. We also have their quarterly delivery and the young man that makes the deliveries is so kind to schlep the 250lbs of salt down stairs for me. Awesome experience from order to cash and everything in between.

  Second time using Soft Water and they certainly didn't disappoint. First time was an Iron Curtain and this time new soft water. From Luke the salesman to Rick the technician, the experience was superior! Rick even cleaned up the basement floor! Fantastic job and thank you for getting the job done!

  I had a couple quotes for the works - softener, iron curtain, and ro system. Soft water beat the other quote by over $1000. The install went without a hitch. Great job!

  Had a iron curtain,water softener installed. They did everything they said prompt,courteous, on time,clean,no extra charges. Randy was great, informative. Highly recommend these guys.
