“Iron Tribe is a truly phenomenal fitness center. From day 1, being nervous and feeling uncomfortable to workout with a group, right away I was put at ease and every day gain so much more confidence! On days that I just feel like I can't go on, you hear your teammates cheering you on. On days that you feel like you didn't do well, everyone is high fiving you telling you how hard you pushed in the end. The trainers know what they are doing and max sure you are using all of your fitness capabilities to your fullest (believe me, I have tried pretending and making faces that something is "too heavy"... it's like they magically know and up my weights because they know I can go heavier, jump higher, etc.) This is a really great gym for all physical fitness types, levels, and body shapes. You never feel alone, or "stupid" or self conscious about what you are doing (like you do at some other gyms and end up giving up). I will neeeeever be someone who says they "love" to workout, but some days, secretly (and I will deny it if anyone ever asks), I kinda look forward to it.”
