“I highly recommend Dr. Lauer. He's helped me out for almost 18 years. I was in severe discomfort from a long thoracic nerve issue from the flu in 2002. And, Dr. Lauer has provided me with a wellness program ever since. Great listener, very patient, answered all my questions. He's also advised me on some simple stretches and exercise, which is a step above any other chiropractor I've heard friends talk about. His staff is polite and extremely courteous. His office is clean, well equipped and quiet. No wasted time, either. They'll also do their best to see you on very short notice.”

“Good but big issue. The Doctors and front desk customer service were really good. The doctor was on time and explained everything very clear about my daughter's visit. The doctor was very pleasant and made my daughter comfortable.Customer service was friendly and have been very pleasant over the phone. But honestly I don't want to come back unless insurance gives me no choice. After the exam you have to get your prescription slip from the frames sales person. The doctor starts this push when they walked my daughter out and said so and so will help you with frames and recommended lenses. I was quite uncomfortable with them pushing these overpriced frames from the doctor level. I told the sales person just to be polite that "no, we looked at frames and none of them looked interesting to my daughter. ""The sales person looked irritated and said "what does that mean?". I finally got the prescription slip and left. I know from the past this is how they do it ,but I didn't have them be so pushy about it before with my child. It really disappointing because everything else is a good experience but an eye exam shouldn't be pushing sales upon a child and parent. The doctor should write out your prescription right in the office not get it from a sales person. My daughter really didn't like the frames but I felt they gave my daughter the impression daddy was going to drop 100s on ray bans today so go and look around.”
