Seider repaired the leak in the original shower, replaced an old cement utility tub and brought the associated plumbing up to code, repaired the leak in the furnace intake and exhaust, fixed the upstairs sink, updated 2 hose bibb gate valves with ball valves and ran an gas line into the kitchen. They had all the necessary parts and did it all in one day for the exact amount I was quoted. Everyone connected with this company is friendly and professional. He then explained how and where they displayed in the store and let go me on my own as I wished. I found one that I liked (price and features), but it was sold. Upon telling Ricky, he said that they had just received some used ones with those features. I looked at them and would have bet that they were new. They were perfect and the price was a "steal". I came in with no intention to buy without my wife seeing it, but I said "SOLD". Ricky was great to work with. “This is a fairly new and very large Home Depot that is conveniently located in Waukesha. I have always been able to find what I am looking for here and everyone always seems pretty helpful. When they first started pushing the self checkouts I was one of the hold outs, however, they have done a good job with the software and the layout so I am happy to use them now. The software is well maintained and I like the fact that it matches up my credit card with my email address and sends a receipt when I am done. This is a nice touch, especially if you are a professional customer and need to track expenses (although I am only a home DIYer). Overall this is a good location that I will continue to go to.”
