“I have been to Dr. Rex and his clinic several times over the years and have never had a bad experience. To the contrary ... every time I walk out of his clinic, I feel like a new person. I went last night for some tingling in my shoulder and neck. This morning so far, nothing. I advised him that I haven't been sleeping well and have been having some bad moods. Last night is the first night in I cannot remember how long that I haven't waken up every hour to hour and a half. I even slept through my alarm this morning. Sunny is always very pleasant, friendly and helpful when you walk in. And, Dr. Rex ... always spends timing to talk with you to see where you may need some improvement or where you might have some discomfort or pain or challenges. If I hadn't experienced it myself, I never would have believed that a little needle can do so much for oneself. I have been going for several years and do not see myself going anywhere else. “Doc fitness is a top level gym and facility that I recommend for multiple reasons. No matter what your looking for, doc fitness can meet those needs. I trust the coaches and Dr Mike to put together work outs that are effective, challenging but yet safe. I am someone who works out 6 days a week, was a runner and a triathlete . Doc fitness is helping me hit and maintain my fitness goals. There are also ALL LEVELS of fitness in a class and all are welcome. The welcoming atmosphere is a fun place to work out. You can choose to socialize or not during a workout. You can be a new mom, Someone who is just getting back into working out, a college athlete, like my son, or a 65+ ( my dad). There are many levels to a work our that the coaches coach to. Doc fitness is the first time I’ve been a member somewhere that gives you daily access to a doctor of PT. This has been extremely helpful in identifying and treating physical set backs. If you are considering Doc Fitness, I highly recommend them. Danielle and Mike have done an awesome job with this gym!”
