Her down to earth explanations, compassion, and forthrightness have kept our entire family coming back to her year after year. She has researched the most obscure conditions for us and called late in the evening to follow up and make sure we have understood everything we need to know about it. She has been wonderful for our entire family across the entire range of ages, from when our son was a tiny baby and is still seeing him through everything as he grows into a happy and healthy man. She has a wonderfully helpful and awesome staff as well and they have always made us feel more like family than just patients. As much as I would like to avoid visits to the doctor (of course), they have always made it as painless and pleasant as possible. I've been having a tough time going from a dark hair color to a lighter level that matched my natural color. The stylist I got, Maura, was super kind and very knowledgeable. I told her I was trying to match my then-lightened orangish hair to my light brown roots. After trying a toner which didn't take, she took extra time [even when the business was packed due to the Plano location AC being out], and redid my hair until it was done right. She matched it perfect, and I am so happy with it. No stylist has been able to match my hair color so well. I will most certainly be a regular to get any color services I need done from now on. These ladies know color! :D”

“I came to M&D when MacPherson struts on my car were rusted and made loud sounds on the slow sharp turns due to strut mount bearing issues. We agreed to replace both struts. Although I wanted OEM struts that turned out to be made in China, I was glad after Dave offered me to install cheaper U.S. made struts. I was totally satisfied with the excellent installation and alignment by M&D, as well as the fact that they found time for me on one of their busiest days of the week following New Year’s Eve. Ironically, I was lucky enough to observe developing sound related to strut mount bearing issues on one of the new struts during the next month. When I reported my concerns to Dave, he never questioned my conclusions and offered me to replace the defective part under warranty right away. I was really sorry for the technicians who had to do all the hard work again. It was absolutely not M&D’s fault. Unfortunately, you always have a slight chance to end up with a faulty part no matter where you get it from. On the positive side, we were making fun of this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to get a badly assembled strut right from the factory. Dave told me he did not see anything like this before. I am very grateful to M&D workers who address my questions and concerns with all their patience and expertise as soon as they can. And I cannot stress enough how clean M&D's repair facility is! Thank you, Dave!”
