Most of what I ordered was great quality, but the first sofa I custom ordered was in a fabric that didn’t wear well and looked bad within a few weeks. John Mark and the Arhaus concierge service arranged for a brand new replacment sofa with a more durable fabric to be delivered at no additional cost to me and I couldn’t be happier with the quality and look of the new sofa.
