“My car was towed quickly. The service advisor kept me up to date on the vehicle’s progress. The price for the tow was very reasonable and the work ended up being covered because we had purchased the tire at Silver Lake. When I needed to pick up the car, a shuttle driver was sent to my home to pick me up. An amazing surprise was my car was washed and vacuumed when I picked it up!! And I received cookies at checkout.
