“The pho is fantastic and everything else we tried was also very good. Service a little off. Mains came out over a 15 minute stretch so some of our party was done before others even got their food but I imagine those kinks will get worked out soon. Worth it for the delicious food.”

“Saved a little over 50% on my home insurance premium and got way better coverage at the same time. And even with a clean record, I saved $110/car/year on my auto insurance, while cutting my deductible by half. Highly recommend at least getting a quote from these guys.”

“After having my mom in a couple of other memory care facilities, we're thrilled to have her here. She's been here for over 2 years and what has impressed me most is the fact that every day, they have her (and the other residents) up, dressed and out of her room. The Caregiver staff are really good with her. They prepare good meals and make sure the residents are at the dining room tables for all meals. The building itself is very nice and homey. There's a beautiful courtyard in back where the residents can sit outside if they want to. The negatives are that the Caregivers really do seem to be a bit overworked and there's been some recent turnover. However, they do have a some of the ladies who have been working there for quite some time. That continuity is really helpful with the residents. Also, in the 2+ years that my mom has been here, they've had quite a turnover in on-site nurses. They haven't been able to fill that position in about a year. Heather is there quite a bit (from the Mequon location) and she's very responsive whenever there are any issues. So having Heather as a contact has worked pretty well for us in the absence of a permanent on-site nurse. Additionally, there don't seem to be many activities any more. With only 2 Caregivers on a shift to do all the work required of them (i.e., getting all residents up, dressed, toileted, meals cooked, dishes, laundry, making beds, passing meds, etc), they just don't have much spare time to provide entertainment and/or activities for the residents. UPDATE: The caregivers were so nice to work with. Our family developed great relationships with them. However, the management is pretty much non-existent. It seems they're so busy building their "mansion" facilities, that this beautiful little cottage setting gets nothing put into it. They haven't had a dedicated nurse there in well over a year. They can't keep new caregivers because they understaff so badly that nobody wants to work there. The day our mother passed away (at the facility), there was a director and a nurse in the office. Neither ever even spoke with us to offer assistance, condolences or anything else. And today we found out that family of deceased residents aren't allowed to come back to visit the caregivers or other residents who we built relationships with!!!! Several residents never get visitors and we would love to continue to visit with them. But apparently, that's not something that the management wants to happen. Such a shame. This small (15 bed) facility is so perfect for dementia patients. If only it was managed better.”

“Great Bartenders and locally owned. They have amazing chicken wings with several highly rated and awarded sauces. Spicy Garlic is my favorite, for those with a strong stomach and high tolerance for heat, Scary Larry is the bees knees.”

“If I could give more than five stars, I would. Dan and Jay bent over backwards to help us evaluate some used cars we wanted to purchase. Ultimately they sold us a car from their lot was in great shape and gave us an excellent deal. I've been taking my cars to Lutter's for years and have never been disappointed. They do great work!”

“CRG services did an excellent job providing me with insurance at the lowest possible rate when I wasn’t able to find it myself. I reduced my monthly payments by half if not more. They also did a great job at answering all of my questions when I needed help or didn’t understand something. They really went above and beyond what they had to do. I’m very sad that I will have to stop using their services upon my move to a different state where they do not work. I highly recommend them to everyone I know in the Wisconsin area.”

“I have worked with Frank for a number of years now and I am always very satisfied. He is an extremely knowledgeable and very caring man with a great sense of humor, which I love. He has answered all my questions and made very appropriate suggestions. His group informational meetings are excellent. I wouldn't go to anyone else. He's the best (and I had others before him.)”

“Great pumpkins and produce! Had a great experience...until we got to the checkout. Cashier was very impersonal: was on her phone until we said "hello" to her, had her hands in her pockets the whole time, asked us how many gourds we had in our bag. We got three, so we said, "three" and she charged us for 6. Not sure why she asked then? Anyways, if it wasn't for the cashier I would have given this place 5 stars”
