“After a deer literally changed direction on the bypass and galloped into my 2018 Kia Soul causing almost $7k in damage, and because I had excellent service on another issue on another car in the past, I took my "fur-decorated" car to Mander. The employees are wonderful, caring and knowledgeable, especially the receptionists! The ability to get my car back in a timely manner had nothing to do with Mander (it was there for 2 months) but the fact that the supply chain had been stalled, and so was the necessary part to complete the job. I was assured that they checked every possible source for it, and I was patient. My patience was rewarded with a very well done job, and my car looks great again. Thank you for your consistently good craftsmanship.”
