  We came for a birthday party and the food smelled amazing just by walking into the lodge. The firepit outside is a big highlight in my opinion as I am not one for the winter. Being as cold as it is right now, I was pleasantly surprised at how perfectly acclimated the buildings are. I didn't go down the mountain myself as the price deterred me (hence the four stars) but I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get their shred on. The friendly staff made the experience spectacular.

  What an upgrade! I had not been to Wilmot in a few years, boy have things changed-- for the better! Interior of the lodge is very nice with reasonable food prices. Ski hills were well maintained and snow conditions were very good considering how little natural snow was in area. Most ski lifts were open-- many 3-4 person chairs- staff had nice uniforms with name tags-- very professional and friendly. I highly recommend for nearby Chicago & Milwaukee ski area! Thanks Vail!!

  I had so much fun here. Was a lovely resort with competent ski instructors and pretty cool sloped. Prices go up during holiday season but it’s nothing that isn’t to be expected. Would go back.

  We had an Epic time skiing the legendary Wilmot Mountain. The renovations of the lodge were spectacular. The rental equipment all seemed brand new. The staff were all super friendly and the new lifts were so fast. The trails were nice and wide and provided for a great guys night out.
