I must say I am not a fan of some of the phone prompts and the slowness in the process to get to the correct individual to get assisted, but staff has always called back and were good with detail. Often, because of office proximity we run between three locations of River Falls, Hudson and New Richmond and the collaboration with our accounts has been easy. Thanks.”
