“Pros - Never a line, free checking, usually friendly service with a smile, usually will fill out deposit slip for you. I quit making deposits because the glare from the sun makes it hard to see who's working. Instead, I just took home the cash and deposited it at my other bank when I got around to it. Then one day, to my surprise, the person working offered to fill out a deposit slip. It makes life so much easier, the way banks used to do business! Cons - It's hard to open up new accounts or ask more involved questions because they closed the lobby. One woman is always a grump and won't help fill out the deposit slips.”

Everyone loved their meal, two of us had deep fried cod, one had blackened walleye and one had the Mediterranean pasta, with chicken, and they were all generous servings. After dinner we sat at a table in the garden for drinks, which was very nice. Our server took good care of at both tables, even tho they were busy. We will go back again.”

“They messed up paperwork on a car registration paperwork. We told them about it that day and the lady still goofed. Now they want us to eat $300 to fix their mistake or pay the state an extra $15 a year for their error. Staff was of no help when both my wife and I contacted them after being assured by the state DOT that the bank messed up. Manager reached out after hearing and made things right. Solid response and am surprised by them making it right. Nice work Mound City staff.”
