“I went to Señor Tomas a few hours ago to catch up with a friend and it was amazing. Christina was our waitress and she was so sweet. She brought us chips and salsa right away and made sure our drinks were always full. I ordered the Livingston Shrimp Bisque and it is seriously my new favorite soup. It also came with a side of cornbread and guava sauce. I am looking forward to next time!”

“I have known Roshan for quite some time and was so excited when she took the leap and opened Sugar and Spice! I've stopped in on many occasions to get treats here and there, but finally ordered myself a cake for my birthday this year in March. Ive never had a fancy cake from a bakery and decided to treat myself. IT DID NOT DISSAPOINT. It was so luxurious looking and tasting. Rich, creamy, moist, decadent.... “We came to Milwaukee on a quick trip and this place was close to our hotel, with solid reviews. The staff was welcoming, warm, and kind. I ordered their special, the Reuben, with a side summer salad and it was the most delicious food we had while on our stay in Milwaukee. It came with a dipping sauce on the side that made it even better! During our stay we had gone to State Fair and “nice” place in downtown (third ward) but would’ve preferred a soup and sandwich from this establishment over the other places we ate at… but always willing to try new places. Also, we tried some of their pastries which were delicious too! Great with my coffee next morning! Will definitely stop here next time we’re in town!”

The shop and workers reflect the coffee they offer.. There are so many varieties of flavors in here! You can get Italian sodas for the kids in awesome flavors! “The kids and I love the atmosphere! The kids love the little games we can play while waiting for our food. I have found that calling ahead of time to order food for dine in works better and the wait is less then waiting to order when we arrive. We have had multiple items from the menu, both drink wise and food. Drinks are normally great, but you can tell when it's someone not used to making any specialty things. Still good, but sometimes a little off. Everytime we have had an issue, they have been amazing at fixing it! We go at least 1 to 2 times a month for our family dates!”

“This place is a hidden gem. We're so thankful it is right around the corner in this little village - not only to have a place to eat, but also a great place to eat! Creative sandwiches and salads, it has quickly become a favorite. Fresh salads that go beyond the usual Ceasar or Cobb, and amazing sandwiches. My husband loves their Reuben, it is his favorite. I love their Veggie Burger -fresh veggie patty, so flavorful, a great sauce and available on a delicious pretzel bun. Always hits the spot. Their curry chicken salad is perfect - wish I had the recipe. Their brisket is a savory and delicious treat, wish I could eat it every day. Their Cole Slaw is an easy favorite, and their potato salad is good (and I'm not usually a fan of potato salad) . For the quality of ingredients, the uniqueness of their recipes, and the location these prices are totally reasonable. Service is always quick and we always enjoy a chat with the folks who man the cash register. This place is great and I recommend it to anyone passing through, or even if it is a drive - it's worth it!”

“I cannot wait until we're close to this little shop! It's full of small town charm with fantastic flavor that you just cannot get from a large chain. My husband had driven past many times, but due to the size of his vehicle, he wasn't ever able to stop it. We made the 15 to 20 minute drive from Bong State Park just to stop in. The staff can make sine great coffee! I might have drooled admiring their espresso machine. The cheesecake was pretty good. We'll be back!”

“This place is an absolute local gem and worth taking a trip to Osceola for. It sits directly next to a small waterfall overlooking the beautiful river valley you can hike along. My favorites include the trout, salads, tuna melt, and they have stellar mac and cheese. I’m dying to try their Friday fish fry, it looks perfect! My favorite part of this place, though, is that they thoughtfully try to source local ingredients as much as possible, such as mushrooms from nearby Lily Springs Farm (check it out!). 1000 bonus points and you can absolutely taste the difference.”
