“On the advice of my trusted St. Paul Volvo mechanic, I visited the Strandberg Auto web pages and found a very well cataloged listing of potential salvaged parts for my car. Complete with pictures of many vehicles on site and descriptions of parts to be re-used, I was able to visit intelligently with the staff about finding some OEM replacement headlight assemblies. True to my original tip, the staff was more than willing to pull parts for my inspection, via emailed photos. Finding their stock more than fitting my needs, I purchased the parts. They sent out the lights the next day and I was back in business the next. I highly recommend this yard when both price and quality of service are a factor. They indeed treated me right!”

“On Friday, I slid my car into a curb and needed it fixed quickly. After calling all over creation, I thought I was in big trouble. Just as I was about to give up and go home, Edward called and told me if I could be there at 3, he could get me in! I hurried over and they discovered a bent control arm. By some stroke of luck, the new part was ordered, four new tires put on and aligned. I couldn’t believe I was able to get it fixed in one day after struggling all day to find anyone to help. Edward went above and beyond for me. He didn’t have to call all over like he did but he certainly made my weekend. I had made plans to be in Madison this weekend and thanks to him, and all of the guys there, I was able to have the car fixed and continue with my plans. I couldn’t be more grateful! I will definitely come back if I need anything further.”

“My headlight bulb went out last night, and the auto parts store was unable to change it for me. Three mechanics later, because they didn't have an opening, Sids was recommended, and they were awesome. Got the new bulb replaced in a few minutes, and didn't even charge me. Also noticed I had a low tire pressure light on, and filled those up for free as well. If this is how they treat new walk-in guests I definitely think I've found a new mechanic! Thanks so much!”

“Chris had the pleasure of working on my clapped out 2006 Silverado 2500 with 330k miles. Was headed home on a Monday late afternoon, after a long trip north, when I lost all throttle, and dash communications while pulling our 30’ camper. I was able to “limp” my rig to them and Chris was immediately able to diagnose the broken wire in a wiring harness, and get us back on the road within 3 1/2 hours.
