Room configuration was exceptionally practical for our family traveling with a 12-year old girl and 15-year-old boy. A studio room included two queen beds and a sleeper sofa, along with plentiful hangout/eating/work space. It’s got to be the most affordable way to comfortably sleep up to six people. Most notably, though, the staff is exceptionally friendly and customer-service oriented. Every staff member I crossed paths with—including those whose jobs are not really customer-facing like housekeeping—proactively initiated greeting me and wishing me a great day. Every. Single. Staffer. Truly exceptional for a value-oriented lodging option.”

“I could not be more impressed with the customer service I received at Don Miller Body Shop. I had a significant amount of body work do be done at multiple points around my car. When I got it back, it looked great but I noticed a few little spots that I thought could have been done better. The guy I spoke with immediately agreed with me and scheduled a time for me to bring my car back in the following week, free of charge, so they could make it right. I thought they would just try to buff some things out better, but they actually fully repainted one of my doors on the passenger side and a whole panel on the driver's side. They even paid for a rent car for me for that whole week. I feel they went above and beyond, and I couldn't be happier with the end result. My car looks great!”

“I've used Tom's Auto Clinic for every repair, major and minor, with our current car and our previous car. I trust these guys, absolutely and without hesitation. You couldn't ask for nicer, more knowledgeable folks. Steve does terrific work (there's no "Tom" any more), and his wife Mary Linn has a lot of expertise about cars too. Their work is quick and reliable, they're friendly as heck, and they'll do everything they can to keep the price down. Really, it's almost ridiculous -- Mary Linn topped off my brake fluid for nothing once, and Steve spent half an hour checking my fifteen-year-old Chevy, then fixed something that was, he said, "so easy there's no charge." If you're looking for an honest mechanic, Tom's Auto Clinic is the place to go in Madison.”
