The price for the tow was very reasonable and the work ended up being covered because we had purchased the tire at Silver Lake. When I needed to pick up the car, a shuttle driver was sent to my home to pick me up. An amazing surprise was my car was washed and vacuumed when I picked it up!! And I received cookies at checkout. “I have had many windshields replaced over the years... i have to say out of them all, these guys set a new standard! They came in a day notice, no hassle, no issues at all. The service was outstanding and the attention to detail was superb. In the past, i have used other glass companies and have had misaligned windows, silicone smeared on the mirror, carpet, and the glass, and plastic trim broken. Not with Wisconsin Windshield! Checked it out after they left, man was I impressed! Glass was set very nicely, no smears of silicone, no mess... Outstanding! Thank you for the great service! “I came to this location for a wiper blade during a snowstorm in rush hour. Understandably, the store was busy, with cranky and demanding customers. Still, the associate Steven greeted me and helped me find the appropriate blade for my car. After my purchase, I realized the blade would not fit into the car. I walked back into the store and explained it to Steven. In the midst of all the other customers’ demands, he took the time to find me the correct blade and then went the extra mile to walk out into the snowstorm and install it on my car (right after he carried out a battery for an elderly woman). This employee was the definition of patient, attentive and friendly customer service. I cannot express how grateful we were for his assistance. “Enjoyed take out from Aztalan Inn tonight. I had the wings which were large and filling - more like fried chicken without all the grease you often get with wings. The sauce was served in the side and had just the right amount of heat. My wife enjoyed her burger and we shared the onion rings, which were large and perfectly battered. If there was one downside it was that service was a bit slow, our food was ordered to be ready at 5 and we waited about 10 minutes for it. Looking forward to eating there again in the future.”
