Jeff was had great customer service and order the parts for the car the same day and I got to keep my car. Jeff called me Wednesday that the parts were in and painted. “Kicos was sent to me my insurance company's roadside service and I am very happy with the service provided. There was a delay in the relayed estimated time frame given and arrival time so this lead me to be wrongfully prepared for a cranky person who had a long day and was ready to be done. Instead the young man was just starting his night shift and was very friendly, knowledgeable, quick and precise about his job. He wasn't told ahead of time that I would be riding the 30 minutes to drop off location with him but made no fuss about it when I told him. It's a small thing but I was pleasantly surprised with the truck interior. The interior was well maintained, clean and organized which I haven't ever seen in a work/utility truck before that wasn't brand new. The care for the interior speaks volumes about the company and employee's care for the job. I regret not remembering the guy's name because he deserve acknowledgment for his great customer service skills in a demanding job. From someone else who works in customer service, thank you! (He was working night shift on 3/1/2019) The cost for miles above what my insurance covered seemed like a very fair price. I would definitely recommend and use Kicos again if ever in need of a tow service again.”
