The lobby has coffee and drinks, but I always wait at most 2 minutes to check-in. The staff and Dr. Chicks are always friendly, helpful, and respectful. Dr. Chicks takes time during every appointment to answer my questions and explain my options. As a result, I always feel at ease during an appointment. Another bonus is the office doodle that lays around and shares snugs if wanted. My medication is costly, but Dr. Chicks helped me to enroll in a program with my insurance company and the drug manufacturer to reduce my co-pay to zero!”
